In the 19th century, Ahab is an ambitious young man who embarks on a whaling ship and happily pursues cetaceans. That is, until the day when he and the crew have an unfortunate encounter with a huge white sperm whale that destroys their ship. Ahab is one of two survivors, but the experience changes him forever. He now has only one mission: to find this white sperm whale, this Mobydick, and take revenge, even if it means dragging his entire crew to the brink of disaster.

Au XIXème siècle, Achab est un jeune homme ambitieux, embarqué sur un baleinier et pourchassant avec joie les cétacés. Cela, jusqu'au jour ou lui et l'équipage font la funeste rencontre d'un immense cachalot blanc qui détruit leur navire. Achab est l'un des deux survivants, mais cette expérience le transforme à jamais. Il n'a plus qu'une mission, retrouvé ce cachalot blanc, ce Mobydick, et se venger, quitte à entraîner tout son équipage vers la catastrophe.
