Gustaffo Vargas is a Peruvian comics author who is at the origin of the Peruvian Cyberpunk universe in which the Altiplano saga takes place. He also draws for Marvel and produces a lot of personal work, inspired by the 80s, the superheroes where his cyberpunk universe takes place in South America.
