In Alberta, Canada, there is a very strange hotel near a lake. It is known for having been the site of a horrible tragedy 15 years ago, but today, this hotel is the residence of shepherds, people responsible for helping people's souls reach the afterlife . A young girl who wants to make friends and a woman who is going to make an unexpected request to the hotel employees, it is up to Honda, the receptionist, and Moona, the chambermaid, to guide these people to what comes next. But an event will disrupt the establishment. Swain, a man who has come for an inspection, reveals to Honda the true nature of the organization that runs these hotels and he does not like that the receptionist is so close to the ghosts.

Une jeune fille qui souhaite se faire des amis et une femme qui va faire une demande inattendue aux employés de l'hôtel, c'est à Honda, le réceptionniste et Moona, la femme de chambre, de guider ces personnes vers la suite.
